01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6kbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally licensed online gaming platform accessible at https://6kbet.onl. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by 6kbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 6kbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 6kbet enforces the minimum age requirement strictly through CNIC-based identity verification. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 6kbet or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, problem gambling register, or similar database maintained by 6kbet or any third-party responsible gaming body to which 6kbet subscribes.
6. You must not already hold an active 6kbet account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at 6kbet's discretion.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and CNIC number. You must also complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to the satisfaction of 6kbet's compliance team before withdrawals will be processed.

03 Account Obligations

By registering an account with 6kbet, you accept the following obligations and responsibilities:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number.
• You must notify 6kbet support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your login security.
• All information provided to 6kbet at registration and during the account lifecycle must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. You must notify 6kbet of any changes to your personal details, including your mobile number or banking information, within seven (7) days of the change occurring.
• You are responsible for all gaming activity conducted from your account, whether conducted by you personally or by any third party who gains access to your account through your negligence.
• You must not allow any other person to use your 6kbet account. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gaming and the use of this platform.

Account Currency

All 6kbet accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed and processed in PKR. 6kbet does not apply currency conversion fees. If you fund your account using a payment method denominated in another currency, your payment provider's conversion rate may apply — this is outside 6kbet's control.

Accepted Payment Methods

6kbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

Deposit Conditions

1. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
2. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction and are subject to change. 6kbet will provide reasonable notice of any changes to minimum deposit thresholds.
3. 6kbet does not charge a fee for processing deposits. Fees applied by your payment provider are outside 6kbet's control and are your responsibility.
4. Deposits that cannot be credited to your account due to technical or banking issues will be investigated and resolved within five (5) business days. Contact support with the transaction reference for faster resolution.

Withdrawal Conditions

1. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified 6kbet account. This is a firm anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
2. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of 6kbet's compliance team. This includes submission of a valid CNIC and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits.
3. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
4. 6kbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal requests. This may delay processing but will not result in forfeiture of legitimate funds.
5. 6kbet does not charge a fee for withdrawals. Any fees applied by the receiving bank or mobile wallet are outside 6kbet's control.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

6kbet offers bonuses, promotions, and special offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. 6kbet reserves the right to limit or exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, fishing games, and sports bets may contribute at different rates. The specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus credits have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited. The expiry period is specified in each offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk play designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or collusion between players, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply during bonus play. Placing bets above the maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus. The maximum bonus bet limit is stated in each individual offer's terms.

Welcome Bonus

Details of any active welcome bonus for new 6kbet players, including the eligible deposit amount, bonus percentage, wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions for sports betting bonuses, and expiry terms, are published on the 6kbet promotions page. 6kbet reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time and without notice.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on 6kbet are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before participating. The following general gaming rules apply across all 6kbet titles:

1. 6kbet uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. Live casino games use real physical dealing procedures that are streamed transparently. All outcomes are final once the round is settled by the game system or by the live dealer, as applicable.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in 6kbet's server logs will be treated as the definitive record. 6kbet's decision on game outcome disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedure in Section 13.
3. 6kbet reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in the event of a technical error, malfunction, or data feed failure. Where a void is declared, all stakes will be returned to the player's account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 6kbet. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to access, navigate, or play on the 6kbet platform.
• Colluding with other players or with 6kbet staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to 6kbet support immediately.
• Using 6kbet to launder money or for any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players, including harassment, abusive language, or threats directed at staff or players via the live chat system or any other communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other obfuscation tool to disguise your location.
• Systematic exploitation of promotions in bad faith, including coordinated bonus abuse schemes.

08 Responsible Gaming

6kbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming obligations and provisions form an integral part of these Terms.

1. Age Verification. All players must be 21 years of age or older. 6kbet employs CNIC-based age verification. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account closed and deposits returned to the original payment method, with no payment of any winnings.
2. Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard at any time. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
3. Session Time Limits. Players may set session time alerts from their account settings. These alerts are informational reminders and do not automatically end your gaming session unless a session limit is separately set.
4. Cool-Off Periods. Players may request a temporary account restriction for periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, one month, three months, or six months. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in or place any bets. Cool-off requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.
5. Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from 6kbet may initiate self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible for a minimum period of five years. During self-exclusion, 6kbet will close your account, return your outstanding balance to your registered payment method, and take all reasonable steps to prevent you from re-registering. 6kbet subscribes to cross-platform responsible gaming registers where available.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6kbet platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, is the intellectual property of 6kbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 6kbet content without the express prior written consent of 6kbet. Any unauthorised use will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6kbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total deposits made by you to your 6kbet account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) PKR 100,000.

6kbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or your inability to use the platform, whether or not 6kbet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

6kbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing adequate security measures on your own devices and systems.

11 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored by 6kbet in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 6kbet collects personal data necessary for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared with regulatory authorities as required by our gaming licence obligations and with payment processors as necessary to complete transactions.

12 Suspension & Termination

6kbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• 6kbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 6kbet, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• 6kbet is required to do so by a regulatory authority or a court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, your outstanding balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted to real money under applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified payment method within ten (10) business days, provided that the closure was not initiated due to fraud, Terms breach, or regulatory direction. In cases involving suspected fraud or illegal activity, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 6kbet support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding liabilities you owe to 6kbet.

Disputes & Governing Law

6kbet is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and efficiently. If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your 6kbet account, a game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, please follow the process set out below.

Step 1 — Contact Support

In the first instance, raise your complaint with the 6kbet support team via the live chat widget in your account dashboard. Please provide your account details, the relevant transaction or game reference, and a clear description of your complaint.

Step 2 — Formal Complaint

Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation

14 Amendments

6kbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 6kbet will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

For non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory direction — 6kbet may update the Terms without advance notice. The date shown in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 6kbet platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
